Don't miss this opportunity! Sign up TODAY. Still Stitching, Susan
A note from your CEO:
I don't have much of an opportunity
to "hang" with my stitcher
friends at the picnic because it's just for one day and we all fly in the
door and head out right after class.
What I'm proposing is that we gather at the Senior Center on Friday, July
11, for some informal chat and stitch time. I've asked Susan not to create
a project for us for that evening - just get together and have an "unstructured" evening.
I've suggested to Susan that this would be an opportunity to bring any unfinished "Susan" projects.
Maybe some of us are "stuck" or we don't exactly remember what
she taught us. (Oh, that would be me...) Maybe Susan could give us an "intimate" moment
or two - get us "unstuck" and off to finishing that project.
Cost would be $10 per person. This is an option to attending the picnic which
- we all know - will be a blast.
I know there is a sweet restaurant near Susan's (old) shop location.
For those of us to travel a fair distance, this would be an excellent time
for us to get away from reality for a weekend. I know I'll plan to stay over
Friday and Saturday. If you have the time, why not come and make a weekend
of it?
Hugs around.... Mary Lou
