August 7-9: 3 Nights Woodlands Hotel 105 Visitor Center Drive Williamsburg, VA 23185 ***Shuttle from Richmond Airport. Time and location to be announced. Welcoming Gathering in hotel lobby area. ***The complimentary Colonial Williamsburg shuttle bus available during hotel stay.

August 8: DeWitt-Wallace Textile Museum/Docent. Also video presentation on Cora Ginsburg. Afternoon at your leisure. Authentic "Colonial style" dinner at historical tavern (B-D)

August 9: Study & observation of the foundation of Williamsburg’s private needlework/textile collection and conservation area. Afternoon/evening at your leisure (B)

August 10: Breakfast and board private motor coach to Virginia Beach. The Founder’s Inn (2 Nights) 5641 Indian River Road Virginia Beach, VA 23464. Afternoon: "Dyeing To Stitch" home of R & R Reproductions hand dyed fabrics and needlework shop with surrounding specialty shop complex. Historic needle-work lecture with Pat and Ann, owners of R & R Reproductions. (B)

August 11: Commemorative Needlework project. Kit included. Lunch at Founder’s Inn. Afternoon: More shopping at R & R and their complex area. Farewell dinner at Historic Founders Inn ( L & D)

August 12th: Transportation back to Richmond, VA

One transfer from Richmond Airport roundtrip to hotel for guest arriving late afternoon Aug. 7th and leaving with group coach Aug, 12th from Virginia Beach. Time to be announced for Aug.7th pickup. Pass to Museum of lectures, valid all day. Pass to colonial village. All portages for baggage and hotels included. Coach driver not included in gratuities.
